Alex Robinson
Alex is the founding director of RLP and brings over 20 years of real estate experience. Formerly the Director of Development for Strategic Land at Grosvenor, Alex successfully grew that master developer business from 2,000 plots to 20,000 plots. He has worked across large Garden Village new settlements and also directly delivered town centre mixed use schemes across the South East.
Emma Roberts
Emma brings over 15 years’ experience in development strategy and project delivery. She spent nine years as a Project Director within Grosvenor’s Investment and Development team and subsequently worked with purpose-led developer Stories, before relocating to Somerset. She has led projects across multiple sectors and is currently advising the Duchy of Somerset on its development strategy in Devon. She holds degrees in architecture and construction project management.
